Abdulqadar opened the meeting and talked about items on the agenda clearly. He successfully moved from one item to another. The subject of the meeting was about Emiratisation. Nabil talked about the first item which was about lack of information from the private sector, saying that most graduates prefer to work for government because they did not have enough information about the private sector. The second item was the government cannot provide jobs for all graduates. I said that we need a balance between the government & the private sector and we need to enhance students to get work experience in the private sector. Nabil said that work experience is mostly in the government sector and we need theory classes to provide information about the private sector. I said that we need a special programme for students before they graduate. Finally, Nabil said that students need clarity.
